Waste plastic-based pyrolytic oil (COMY Oil)

The pre-sorted waste plastics are converted into pyrolytic oil in the chemical recycling unit of COMY.
Pyrolytic oil contains C5-C22 hydrocarbons and has a density of 0.75-0.8g/cm3.
Pyrolytic oil is sent to the steam cracking unit of downstream petrochemical companies to produce ethylene & propylene, which is eventually polymerized into virgin-grade quality recycled plastics.

After testing by domestic and foreign chemical companies, pyrolytic oil can be used for downstream processing to produce ethylene and propylene, and then polymerized into new plastic with virgin-grade quality.

Strong adaptability for raw materials
COMY technology applies to various mixed low-value waste plastics such as waste from domestic, industrial, agricultural, hazardous, landfill and other sources; tolerates to certain amount of impurities, and processes the above waste without fine separation or washing pre-treatment.
High product yield
The liquid product yield is 80%—90% of plastics in waste.
Low-impurity content of product
Clean oil products, which are produced through hydrogenation and adsorption, and the content of impurities such as nitrogen, sulfur, silicon, chlorine, and heavy metals is reduced to meet the requirements of steam cracking unit.
High value product
The liquid product mainly consists of C5-C22 hydrocarbons and shows a density of 0.75-0.8g/cm3. Light and heavy fractions of the product can be adjustable to meet different requirements.
